MoMA QNS  Red Studio & Destination Modern Art

モマ クイーンズ　: 若い世代に向けた２つのウエッブサイト

 

MoMa は若い世代に向けて、二つのウエッブサイトを立ち上げた。これらは、インターネットの、映像、音、アニメーション、そして、インタラクティブな機能をとおして、モダン、コンテンポラリーアートの普及、教育を目的としたものである。

 

Red Studio ( www.moma.org/redstudio ) はティーンエイジャー（13 から19 才）対象。様々なアーティストをむかえてのオンライン コラボレーション。初回は、MoMA のティーンエイジャーグループと共にヴィデオ アート、そして建築家として知られる、ヴィトー アコンチ ( Vito Acconci ) が登場。６人の若者 ( 高校生 ) のインタヴューに答える。このサイトをとおして、アコンチと彼のアート、建築について学ぶことができる。また、ヴァーチャル アーキテクチャル デザイン コンテスト ( youDESIGN )といったイベントももりこまれている。

Destination Modern Art ( www.moma.org/destination ) はチルドレン（5から8才）対象。アニメーションによるMoMA QNS と PS1 コンテンポラリーアートのツアー ガイド をとおして、モダン、コンテンポラリーアートへの興味が持てるように構成されている。ちなみにガイド役は、地球にモダンアートを探す使命を受けた、宇宙人？
